All of this is increasing the cost pressure for insurers today. However, software-tools that are based on AI have the potential to help insurance companies. They can drastically save costs and expand their customer service. Especially within the customer-management division, AI can help reduce the complexity of workflows resulting in reduced manual work, re-work and correction.
